Q: Can I wash my NarNar products?

A: Yes you can! All NarNar products are made with wool and should be gently washed by hand in cold water using a non-biological detergent.

Q: How long should I expect to wait before receiving my order?

A: All NarNar products are made to order. You should recieve your order within 3-5 working days in the UK, 5-7 days in Europe and within 7-10 days worldwide.

Q: I love the design but can I order them in different colours?

A: Yes! Please email me with your requirements so that I can confirm colour availability before you order.
